Weakness

to love the sea

but not know how to swim

to love the sky

but be afraid of falling

it hurts

to have to walk away

with pain in your soul

to leave your dreams

because you don’t have what it takes

it hurts

I wonder what’s worse

the pain from leaving

or the pain from staying

Growing up I got to see the world through more than one window, in time I found I couldn’t go back to just the one. I fell in love with the many ways things are perceived. I just want to put some of them out there.
